Digital Agency is seeking an Account Manager!This is a full time fully remote position but candidates must be willing to work West Coast hours.Working closely with the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing portfolio of clients in tandem with one other account manager. Duties:- Serve as primary point of contact for agency clients- maintain a knowledge base of all client information- work with managers to ensure client plans are developed and executed against- distill all client requests into actionable tasks- ensure the timely delivery of agency solutions The ideal candidate will have agency + digital experience! You should be passionate about culture and social media trends.
