General ResponsibilitiesHertz Entertainment Services is seeking an aggressive, success driven, National Sales Representative to sell our services; we rent vehicles to Film/TV, Live Production, Festival/Event Companies, and other entertainment related areas of business.As a Hertz Entertainment National Sales Representative your primary responsibilities will include:

Revenue growth from existing & new accounts

Expanding market share

Utilize CRM programs such as Salesforce to manage business activity

Effectively win rental car business without compromising rate integrity

The primary role of a Sales Rep is territory sales development - establishing new customer accounts and servicing our existing clients among the users in the territory. You will be responsible for building a client base by contacting decision makers, in addition to cultivating and maintaining long term relationships with companies interested in utilizing our Entertainment Rental Division services to enhance their business. Must be able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.Sales Excellence: Leveraging exceptional service to maximize sales performance and revenue growthInfluence: cultivating meaningful relationships with influential decision makersCustomer/Commercial/Market Awareness: Anticipating changing environments, listening to customer needs, and applying best practices for optimal experiencesDrive: Harnessing energy and passion to excelInnovation: Provoking ideas and actions that nurture a leading-edge cultureLegendary Leadership: Personalizing interactions to drive best in class performanceCross Selling: Professionally collaborate with other areas of the Hertz sales and operations organizationsMandatory Requirements

Minimum 2 years outside sales experience in Sales and Marketing, Public Relations

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel computer programs

Excellent interpersonal, PC and organizational skills

Must have a systematic and process oriented mindset to ensure seamless end-to-end customer experience

Excellent networking abilities

Ability to effectively manage time and perform multiple tasks

Must be proficient with customer Point-of-Service systems

Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills

Good motor vehicle record

4 year degree, prior direct customer contact and sales experience in Entertainment Industry preferred
