Title: Network Manager

Location: Burbank, CA (Onsite)

Duration: 3 Months Contract to Hire

Max Pay Rate: $68/hr

Contract to hire after 90 days, FT salary $125-135K

Network ManagerExperience leading cross functional managers and large teams- Responsible for the delivery of network projects.

As such, the candidate will be supported by a talented cast of technical managers and engineering staff. Additionally, the manager will be supported by a project management office, network operations center, strategy and architecture, network monitoring, tools, reporting, asset management and billing support teams who are dedicated to the account.

• Responsible for the success of regional network services

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Indirectly manages a network engineering team up to 30 engineers, defining roles and responsibilities• Works on issues and project of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends• Follows processes and operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions• Acts as an advisor to subordinates to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems• Develops and administers schedules, performance requirements; may have budget responsibilities• Ensure timely and accurate communications to the customer are occurring

Secondary Job Functions:• Achieve the SLA for the team(s) under his/her supervision• Participate in sizing and implementing IT projects• Ensure his/her team(s) is compliance with the company's policies• Assist the clients on designing the LAN/MAN infrastructure providing recommendations and IT best practices.

experience managing 10 to 15 Network Engineers and has hands on experience with Cisco routing and switching.
