Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated Sr. Scrum Master/ PM who will be responsible for managing dedicated software dev teams dealing with workforce application. Will be responsible for running Agile sprints, responsible for delegating tasks appropriately and ensuring the team is working on the right tasks at the right time, including managing timelines, resolving problems and coaching team members on Agile methodologies.
Provide delivery coverage for business critical application development and maintenance, within a critical cross org Tech space. Ensure ceremonies (Planning specifically) are aligned with expectations and provide delivery report out.Required Skills: PLANNING; CEREMONIES; SPRINTS; AGILE; SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT TEAMS; SCRUM.
