The Sr. Producer will be responsible for onboarding new titles into the Movies Anywhere service as well as helping to innovate and evolve the underlying workflows in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to deliver an exceptional in-home movie experience.The content in Movies Anywhere is updated on a daily basis; the content team is responsible for planning, scheduling and executing the content updates as defined by stakeholders throughout our partner studios. The Content Operations & Production Team is accountable for the quality of all assets in the product and for troubleshooting content and systems issues as they arise as well as delivering exciting and engaging content experiences to Movies Anywhere users.Responsibilities :
Attend routine stand-ups and sprint planning sessions to help groom and scope technical requirements for project roadmaps with a lens toward evolving content, tooling and product initiatives.
Create technical requirements by crafting problem statements and user stories to address bugs and drive feature enhancements.
Define and setup rigorous User Acceptance Testing criteria to validate and ensure that requirements are met and working as intended.
Managing relationships with studio operations partners.
Onboarding titles to Movies Anywhere and overseeing the transition of assets through the title lifecycle.
Partnering with internal tech and product teams to improve workflows and investigate opportunities for efficiency.
Managing, tracking, triaging, publishing and quality control of all assets in the Movies Anywhere library.
Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all product needs are met.
Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the delivery specs as defined by Movies Anywhere are adhered to and enforcing compliance.
Assessing the content library for areas of improvement and rolling out initiatives to deliver those improvements.
Fulfilling ad hoc reporting requests for internal and external partners.
Conducting content audits against legal requirements and other content.
Basic Qualifications :
2+ Years of experience working in development and/or project management.
5+ Years of experience working in movie and/or television content.
5+ Years of experience working in consumer facing digital products and services.
Experience in multiple methodologies (Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban).
Experience working with video content and using a CMS.
Experience validating content and employing quality control best practices.
Excellent leadership interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities and meet deadlines.
Ability to learn, understand and apply new technologies.
Ability to communicate with all levels of organization (End Users - Sr. Executive Level) and team members.
A sense of ownership and responsibility for delivery.
Independent, self-starter with strong troubleshooting skills.
Enthusiastic, positive, team-oriented, with a propensity toward curiosity and innovation.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite—strong Excel skills preferred.
Familiarity with ticket systems (JIRA).
Strong movie knowledge preferred.
