Your role will be responsible for ensuring that the interests of the client are met by managing all work streams. This is accomplished through effective communication and facilitation skills, risk analysis, organization skills and attention to detail. In this position, you will ensure that development teams are focused on the right things, blockers are removed, alignment with customer is priority, stakeholders and executives are regularly informed, and work stream teams are collaborative. What will you be doing?The Program Manager will work directly with our various internal and external stakeholders, including senior staff and department managers, as well as with the development teams to all groups are aligned and moving forward effectively and efficiently toward the customer goals. Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:" Provides day-to-day supervision of all program/project staff " Coordinate the planning, management and execution of multiple related projects that are directed toward the same strategic objectives" Lead cross functional project teams by developing work plans within guidelines and monitoring progress on project milestones" Collaborate with key stakeholders (cross functional teams ranging from management to platform teams and clients) to define, develop, shape and refine a program plan" Develop, monitor, measure, update, and report performance against the customer's Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans" Manage all technical, cost, schedule, and delivery " Record and monitor program/project actual costs vs. program/project budget" Proactively identify variances to project plan and partner with key stakeholders to develop a successful mitigation plan" Manage all performance issues" Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards" Influence decisions through effective communication methods" Provide clear and reliable communications to internal teams, program stakeholders, external vendors, and customers" Partner with customers, stakeholders and team members to ensure that specified business needs are met" Fully understand the objectives and the scope of the program to meet customer expectations and requirements" Develop and monitor program policies processes, standards, governance, and metrics" Facilitate continuous improvement by identifying efficiencies and expense reduction in programs" Demonstrate high-end customer service skills and excellent written and verbal communication skillsQualifications:What do we require from you?" 3+ year of program management with technical teams" 4+ years of project management skills" Experience working with content management systems, content supply chain, " MEDIA EXPERIENCE IS A MUST " technical experience " Outstanding technical and non-technical communication skills" Excellent escalation skills that lead to quick resolution of critical issues " Ability to understand and abstract complex systems from technical descriptions" Ability to thoroughly understand complex business and technical issues and influence decision making at all levels of the organization without formal reporting structure authority" Passionate about advocating client needsThe Company is an equal opportunity employer and makes employment decisions on the basis of merit and business needs.
