The ideal candidate will be an expert on content initiatives that drive user engagement with a proven track-record of launching content campaigns. These include content launches, editorial moments, and new trends in a digital platform. Background in digital apps, games, streaming content or entertainment with strong operational and analytical sense are required. We're looking for someone with systems thinking who can also roll up their sleeves to get the job done. Candidates should have the proven ability to work quickly under pressure, hard deadlines and to work collaboratively with cross functional and global partners.What You'll DoLead content campaigns that include a tactical editorial and merchandising strategy to achieve engagement goalsEnsure that the campaign''s goals, assets, timelines, and budgets are adhered toOwn management of promotional events; scale and execute on existing plans and quality assurance of eventsMonitor, report, analyze and iterate on results from programming campaignsProactively solve problems, anticipate needs and provide solutions to challenges that both clients and our team face on a regular basisActively participate in meetings, brainstorms, and planninRequired Background3-5 years of project or program management experience, campaign execution preferedYou understand the technical foundations of apps and games, digital media, entertainment and programmatic mediums and have the ability to proactively identify solutions to problemsExperience managing multiple projects simultaneously and tracking deliverablesDemonstrated experience integrating cross functionalTeam requirements into campaignsSelf-starter with confidence initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal guidanceAnalytical and problem-solving experienceYou have likely worked at an ad agency, content or editorial team.
