Job Title: Sr. Production Support Analyst – Sales Enablement Job Location: Burlingame, CA Duration: Contract Required Skills:
- Understanding client's complex business needs for demand planning, budgeting and forecasting of products in US/ global markets
- Resolving technical support (L3/L4 level) and data issues related to demand planning systems/ other Sales Operations Systems
- Accountability for handling queries and production support requests, including understanding the problem statement, researching and analyzing data, troubleshooting and communicating with cross-functional teams
- Coordinating with Channel Operations/ Demand Planning team to ensure timely availability of data
- Working with cloud-based demand planning partner to ensure client's business needs are met
- Extracting data using SQL queries and performing advanced excel analysis to analyze data and find any anomalies
- Resolving any data integrity issues and addressing any issues with source data from multiple sources
- Coordinate for any changes in data sources and establishing process/ methodology for any changes in data sources
- Responding to critical production issues and follow up with team for resolution.
- Generating ad hoc/ custom reports based on the business need and requirements
- Proposing process improvements to bring efficiency
