Position Overview:Under the general supervision of the Manager of Nursing Resources, the Staffing Coordinator organizes and coordinates the day-to-day staffing activities. This position assists with the planning and monitoring of nursing personnel work schedules; and is responsible for payroll oversight in the Nursing division. A high degree of customer service and accuracy is required throughout all tasks and responsibilities.Qualifications:High school graduate. Computer literacy required; word processing and spreadsheet knowledge preferable. 2-3 years work experience in a busy office environment, preferable in health care facility. Minimum of 6 months experience in staffing or personnel work . Good verbal and written communication skills.
