DescriptionJoin the ranks of this successful Real Estate & Property company as their new detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk. This position could take the right candidate's career to the next level. You might be the Accounts Payable (A/P) Clerk this dynamic organization with a growing team is looking for, if you can match, batch and code invoices, resolve A/P issues, process expense reports, update and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L, and process checks. The job site for the full-time Accounts Payable Clerk is in the Calabasas, California area.Major responsibilities
Carry out a full-cycle A/P
Accurately execute daily processes and controls in a timely manner while ensuring company policies are followed
Manage customer service tasks for internal business partners
Facilitate internal and external audits as needed
Execute additional tasks as needed
Handle daily department mail by opening, sorting, and distributing it
Verify, log and send checks, including facilitating special handling
Sort, register, scan, and store invoices, checks, and other documents
Provide administrative assistance to the AP/Finance Department
Requirements
1+ years of experience in an A/P role preferred
Strong time management and organizational skills
Coding Invoices experience
Command of audit schedules
Comprehensive knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP)
Established communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, especially with both technical and financial backgrounds
Proficient with spreadsheets and databases
AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred
