DescriptionRobert Half has partnered with a well-known and established hospitality organization in the search of their next Director of Revenue Finance. The Director of Revenue Finance is a highly visible leadership role that will partner with the C Suite Executives and the Board of Directors in all areas of pricing, strategy and quick decision making around all things revenue related. The Director of Revenue Finance will report directly to the CFO and the CEO and be part of building out their revenue-dedicated department and provide key analysis and reporting for strategic planning and long-range planning for all revenue related factors. The Director of Revenue Finance will have a BS or Masters Degree in Finance or Economics, a core finance foundation, will understand KPI’s and be able to develop financial models around pricing strategies, marketing costs, booking analysis and profitability models. The Director of Revenue Finance will also lead, develop and grow the Revenue team.
