Title: Tech Lead, Java Engineer Job Description Forbes 500 company is looking for a Tech Lead to help lead the engineering department among the Loyalty Rewards program. We are looking for someone who has experience leading teams, handling budgets/resources, conducting code reviews, mentoring and grooming junior engineers. This role would be about 70% hands on and about 30% mentoring/managing. You will be helping guide and release new features and help break down our monolithic application. You will be working with petabytes of data while making technical decisions at scale. Required Skills & Experience
