This is an exciting opportunity to join the Buying Programs team as we continue to propel the business through data-driven forecasts and provide influential insights. This individual will lead a wide range of activities in support of business decisions and management reporting. In this role, you will build and manage various important dashboards monitoring the health of our business, support day-to-day operations, and be a contributor on key projects and initiatives. Together, we will improve reporting across a worldwide organization and help the business increase profitability.What you will do:Design, implement, and maintain business metrics to measure performance against operational goals, identify emerging trends, and provide insights and recommendations to drive growth.Lead projects to drive automation and operational improvement, reducing time to deliver, while improving accuracy.Build and maintain comprehensive dashboards to provide data analytics related to critical initiatives. 2-4 years of finance experience (preferred software industry).Positive demeanor, collaborative, and comfortable in a fluid environment that changes as the business evolves. Highly motivated self-starter who is passionate about continuous improvements.Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, ability to identify and articulate key business and financial implications.High attention to details with excellent organizational skills and ability to take charge, set objectives, drive to results; team oriented.Aptitude to learn and use technology solutions.Preferred skills: Advanced Excel, Tableau, Power BI, SAP, and Alteryx.Multiple Locations:
