Estrada Consulting Inc is accepting candidates for the post of Senior Data Engineer, with the following skill sets:
Mandatory 1: Minimum four (4) years of related experience including demonstrated proficiency in at least two of the following;- Enterprise Data Architecture
- Information Architecture
- Data Modeling
- Data Warehousing
- RDBMs
Including documenting data artifacts using Unified Modeling Language (UML) and/or Entity Relationship (ER) diagrams.Mandatory 2: Minimum three (3) years of experience designing and mapping data architectures for the HL7 FHIR standard.Minimum 4 years of experience preparing and managing data migration plans including migration risk, milestones, quality and business sign-off details, and performing data migration and transformation (RDBMS, NoSQL, MDM etc.)Two (2) years of experience enabling business intelligence solutions and analytics.Minimum three (3) years of experience with managing data within a HIPAA/ HITRUST environment.Desired Qualification:Desirable 1: Experience architecting, designing or developing with SMART/ OAUTH 2 and Open ID ConnectDesirable 2: Experience with United States Core Data for Interoperability (USCDIDesirable 3: Familiarity and/or Use of the following standards and Implementation Guides: - The CARIN Consumer Directed Payer Data Exchange IG (also referred to as the CARIN IG for Blue Button®)
