Estrada Consulting Inc is looking to hire for Technical Lead in HIPAA. Following are the Qualifications:
Mandatory Qualifications: (5) years of experience as a Technical Lead for complex, high visibility IT projects.Minimum eight (8) years of experience in requirements engineering, software architecture, software testing, and software deployment, including understanding how the software interacts with the technical architecture.(5) years of experience as Technical Lead delivering software in in an Agile/SCRUM development environment.Minimum three (3) years of experience with designing and implementing HIPAA, Health Information Trust Alliance (HITRUST) or HL7 systems.Minimum five (5) years of experience developing and testing software Application Programming Interfaces (API')s. Desirable 1: Experience with Medicaid Information Technology Architecture (MITA).Desirable 2: Experience architecting, designing or developing with SMART/ OAUTH 2 and Open ID ConnectDesirable 3: Familiarity and/or use of the following standards and CMS Implementation Guides:- The CARIN Consumer Directed Payer Data Exchange IG (also referred to as the CARIN IG for Blue Button®)
