- Close a minimum of 5 loans per month
- Execute sales cadences with a goal of converting opportunities into closed loans using
- Find, prospect, nurture and qualify new leads through outbound prospecting via emails,
- Quoting and locking interest rates, reviewing loan applications, structuring the terms of
- Communicate complex mortgage products with clients. Be knowledgeable about
- Responsible for negotiating the terms of the mortgage
- Consult realtors and buyers on the value of UpEquity and its products
- Prospect, nurture and qualify new realtors provided by the Business Development team
- Develop new realtor relationships through personal networking
- Act as a point of contact for clients during the entire loan origination process, answering
- Generate and manage a sales pipeline and reporting through our internal CRM tools
- Deliver “white glove service” to buyers and realtors throughout the transaction by
- Mindset to rapidly learn and adapt to a moving industry and company
- A passion for continual learning with a desire and willingness to be coached
- Self-starter with a “get-it-done” mentality
- Displays the ability to multitask and effectively manage time

- Curiosity
- 2+ year of Loan Officer experience
- Experience working on purchase transactions
- $6mm+ in purchase volume closed over the last 6 months
- Existing book of realtor business
