- Lead large human resources engagements in concert with otherteam members.
- Conduct current state assessments consisting of organizational policies, standards, and processes.
- Develop and lead business value assessments.
- Conduct process discussions with customers to determine potential process risk and overall maturity.
- Develop service delivery process guides that are custom tailored to each customer's unique culture, transformation goals, and organizational objectives with industry best practices and compliance requirements are taken into consideration.
- Create detailed service delivery roadmaps with short-term, mid-term, and long-term goals that prioritize remediation recommendations and address all instances of non-compliance with applicable regulatory, statutory, contractual, and organizational obligations.
- Develop strategic, operational, and tactical recommendations tailored to each customer with the intent to remediate all identified risks and compliance gaps to improve a customer's HR service delivery and employee experience.
- Work with other Consultants in a collaborative setting to support and assist on the execution and delivery for customers.
- Support sales activities assisting with demonstrations, discovery and solution design.
- 5-7 years process modeling, process design experience and gathering functional requirements
- 5-7 years working with Enterprise business automation technologies
- Extensive ServiceNow experience; must have experience with the Overall workflow (not just as a user)
- 5-7 years of building and delivering roadmaps at a senior level for external client Shared Services organizations
- Experience in the HR functional domain - leading Centers of Excellence or HR Operations a plus
- 3-5 years previous experience in the design and implementation of HR technology solutions both in-industry and in a consulting capacity
- At least 2 years previous experience working directly with external enterprise clients as a consultant
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements
- Ability to travel 30% and on short notice
- Certifications in Human Resources, Change Management and Lean/Six Sigma a plus
- Previous Big 4 consulting experience a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
- Experience with ServiceNow administration or implementation a plus.
