- Public cloud experience using Azure, AWS or Google Cloud Platform (Preferably Google Cloud Platform)
- Experience working in Data Management
- Expertise establishing and managing both onshore and offshore teams
- Experience in a fast paced, Agile, continuous integration environment
- Customer first mindset
- An entrepreneurial attitude and full understanding of what it takes to operate in a very dynamic, fast-paced and results oriented environment
- Demonstrated experience leading change management initiatives such as re-architecting, and platform building
