This is a hybrid Project Engineer – Software Developer for hands-on responsible for multi-projects. Work with multiple teams and sub-teams to apply objectives, project scope and activities, track and status progress and deliverables, point of contact for scheduling and preventing roadblocks.Required Skillsets:• Work closely with senior technical leadership to manage team schedule and deliverables• Run Agile project planning process including a weekly meeting• Maintain cross-team dependencies and collaborate with other project managers and teams across the company• Provide feedback with respect to any necessary changes in staffing needs/requirements• Direct contributions as a software engineer for some part of your time• Must be hands-on – 50% time spent software development (C/C or Python)• Responsible for robotics operational abilities, time allocation debugging, data collection repairs.• This is not a people manager role, but rather maintenance and care of project, frequent coordination with design teams.• Will consider a TPM who’s grown from Software Development and still desires to code and be hands-on with team coordination and communication.Minimum Qualifications:• 3 years of software project management experience• 5 years of software development in an IC role• 3-5 years’ experience with C/C or Python • Experience with Atlassian tools, specifically Jira• Experience as a software engineering individual contributor• BS Engineering or comparablePreferred Qualifications:• Project management experience building software for hardware• Robotics experience and working in small teams• Advanced degree in Software Engineering• 5+ years of software development experience• Project management in an early-stage startup environmentType: Fulltime, Direct-hireLocation: Campbell, CASubmit resume to Contact: Mario Ruiz Numberx105
