Title: Senior Software Engineer (Centric Software) Direct Hire
Responsibilities:- Contribute substantially to the design and development of major security components and sub-systems using the Java platform
- Improve current security architecture to make our systems more robust
- Take ownership of reported vulnerabilities and provide status and remediation plans to the Product Management team
- Work with Product Management, QA, and documentation to deliver high quality, complete Software Releases
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to other application developers
- Contribute/help the company on the transition to move from monolith to microservices ecosystem
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, Masters a plus
- 8+ years of related on-the-job experience as either Front-End, Back-End or Full Stack Developer
- 5+ years of application security-focused development work
- Strong familiarity with OWASP Top 10 solutions and other application security vulnerabilities
- Strong familiarity with Identity/AuthN/AuthZ related protocols such as LDAP, OAuth2, OIDC, SAML2.
- Strong communication skills
- Must be very proficient in Java 8+
- Familiarity with the following technologies is a plus:
- Docker
- JavaScript
- TypeScript
- Spring
- Wildfly
- Cloud Services (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud)
