Reports ToSoftware Engineering Manager What You Will Be DoingThe Software Engineering Intern will work closely with Software Engineering Manager and other teammates and be responsible for the development of ChargePoint tools, features, and improvements in web applications and cloud services. What You Will Bring to ChargePoint
- Write code for high-quality tools, web applications and cloud services
- Work closely with product management to define user requirements and translating them into reliable, intuitive features
- Participate in all phases of development, from design to implementation, unit testing, and release, including rapidly prototyping, running A/B tests, and pushing code into production
- Refactor, optimize and constantly drive for improved efficiency and code quality
- 3rd year or later in Computer Science program at four-year University
- Great engineering skills and strong CS fundamentals
- Good understanding of web concepts such as session, cookies, cache, connection pooling
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Familiarity with Python, Java, or PHP
- Familiarity with SQL
