- Engage with marketing and sales teams to identify and prioritize SW deliverables on a consensus timeline
- Facilitate task estimation and balance commitments with capabilities of the team
- Help stay on track on commitments while controlling technical debt (bug scrubbing, scrum, be creative!)
- Be a gatekeeper for SW quality and documentation standards
- Coordinate release testing and verification with various teams

- A minimum of 5 years experience with teams of 10+ engineers
- Hands on manager – lead team, take care of Project Management, technical contribute to the project.
- Strong technical background with hands-on coding experience in the recent past
- Proficiency with embedded software development using C, C, Java, or other programming languages
- Good understanding of microcontrollers, real-time operating systems and IP Networking
