Commercial Finance AnalystPosition Summary:The Clinical Next-Generation Sequencing Division (CSD) is seeking a Commercial Financial Analyst to be a key member of the CSD Commercial Finance team. This role will partner with finance and commercial collaborators to implement commercial forecasts and reporting and build new value through data-driven insights. Also, to support a $600M+ high-growth division. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and demonstrate strong analytical and interpersonal skills. The candidate will report to the Commercial Finance Manager and will be on the divisional finance team.Key Responsibilities:Support core commercial forecasting processes
Structure, deploy and communicate reporting to help improve forecasting accuracy
Implement profitability analysis and advise on deal structure to build long lasting customer relationships
Lead key commercial reporting processes within the division
Complete large deal analysis and assist in crafting deal reviews and executive pitches
Assist in the creation of regional and segment level commercial forecasts
Serve as a point of contact to collaborate closely with accounting and commercial finance counterparts
Implement trend and seasonality analysis
Build funnel reporting analytics and assist with backorder reporting processes

Minimum Requirements:BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
MBA is a plus but not required
3+ years of confirmed experience in finance and clinical market
Business modeling and forecasting including understanding of pricing models and sales trends
Outstanding proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent interpersonal skills
Power BI and Tableau experience a plus
