DUTIES:Develop Project Portfolio and Management (PPM) applications based on a full comprehension of the function, purpose, and use of the product.Develop and implement new features in PPM applications.Identify areas for modification in tools and subsequently develop these modifications.Configure PPM applications to support business function requirements.Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and perform enhancements.Collaborate with other Divisional or Group level PPM administrators to assure that global changes are managed by all teams.Conduct and participate in operating mechanisms with various business functions.Document all updates to the PPM configuration in the Change Management system.Document and recommend process improvements.User Administration and Monitoring.Monitor incident tickets on ServiceNow.Maintain dashboards for PPM Project, Resource & Finance information.REQUIREMENTS:Master’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field of study plus 1 year of experience in positions in which the required skills can be obtained.
