Our client is looking for a Clinical leader at the Director level to lead their growing Clinical Affairs department and manage multiple trials from start-up to close-out. This position would work directly with the senior leaders of the organization and report directly to the CCO. The main office is based in Northern San Diego, however the team is open to experienced candidates who do not live locally to the area and are able to telecommute.

Specifically the team needs a candidate who has:

10+ years of clinical experience with complex medical devices
>5 years of experience managing teams of various sizes
Extensive experience with full-cycle trial management
Experience managing external CROs and vendors
Prior work with clinical data management and EDC systems
An established KOL and physician network
