Currently seeking 45 Entry Level Candidates for a Diagnostic company in Carlsbad, CA. Company will interview within 24 hours of being submitted for consideration.Pay: $16-20/hour depending on InterviewShift: 1st 6am-2:30pm M-F, 2nd 2:00pm-10:30pm M-FDescription: Follow batch records to perform solution preparation while documenting the production process as required Utilize basic mathematical skills to perform required calculations and provide accurate data documentation Maintain cleanliness of the solutions lab on a daily basis Maintain inventory of chemicals in solutions lab. Maintain inventory of solutions/reagents in the supported Manufacturing labs. Clear communication and escalation of material shortages and/or nonconformities Provide assistance to adjacent groups after daily duties have been achieved Learn and follow all departmental SOPs, guidelines, and procedures Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, and hear Reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting regularly 20+ pounds May be required to lift weight of 45 pounds or more, with assistance and/or with equipment on occasionSkills & Qualifications:Must be able to adapt and be flexible to a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions
Well organized, detail oriented and proficient at multitasking
Works well in a team environment and individually
Must be flexible to working on Saturdays for OT if needed
High School Degree or Equivalent
