Below are the position details:Title: Senior System Admin Tenure: 12 Months Location: CAREQUIRED SKILLS:Job DescriptionAt least 6-8 years (or relative) in AV engineering role, where you learned the nuances of IT administrationExperience with cloud telephony system, Microsoft O365 integrations, and BI platforms, PowerShell scripting, Cisco WebEx configuration and management, multiple collaboration platforms, conference room designing, MS Teams, and Level 3 escalation supportAbility to identify, scope, and recommend improvements in the AV space2 to 4 years of scripting experience such as Python, PowerShell, or other automation toolsTech savvy, ability and passion for learning new technology and toolsPassion for customer support, a drive to help end-users get what they need to do their jobs the best they canA sense of satisfaction from assisting end-users in getting what they need on timeAbility to: plan, organize and document complex system design activities and to configure systems to be consistent with institutional policies/procedures; communicate technical/complex information both verbally and in writing; establish and maintain cooperation, understanding, trust and credibility; perform multiple tasks concurrently and respond to emergency situations effectivelyApply: Interested candidates can apply with their detailed word formatted resume along with their contact information\availability to Phone (off) -Ext 131.
