We provide our global teams with the resources needed to achieve individual career goals while helping to take science a step beyond by developing solutions for some of the world’s toughest challenges, like protecting the environment, making sure our food is safe or helping find cures for cancer.How will you make an impact?The Filling, Packaging and Labeling Training Coordinator will be responsible to support the Filling, Packaging and Labeling Manufacturing department with daily training demands, coordinating schedules for training, participating in continuous improvement activities, updating training curriculum and completing the department training strategy. The successful candidate demonstrates a sense of urgency, contagious optimism and a “can do” attitude! They must be compassionate, clear and maintain a consistent level of energy and enthusiasm. The candidate must also be strategic, astute, and forward thinking as well as encourage, empower, and collaborate with others.What will you do?Coordinate scheduling and actions for training both new employees as well as cross training individuals within the manufacturing areas as part of the overall training strategy.

Solicit input from employees, supervisors, and managers regarding training and initiate appropriate actions.

Ensure documentation of training aligns with the Quality Management System

Assists subject matter experts (SMEs) in the design of training materials, programs and supports the department as needed.

Provide recommendation on training curriculum in SuccessFactor LMS

Build OJT (on the job training) process and documents for all of Filling, Packaging, and Labeling manufacturing areas (Formulation, QC, Filling, Assembly and Deployment)

Reviews high risk SHED entries and quality related issues and ensures relevant training content is developed and delivered to support preventive actions

Participates in internal and external audits, responds to audit observations, and identifies and implements appropriate corrective and preventive actions specific to training.

Assist Filling, Packaging and Labeling department with assessing training needs based on demand and relative capacity to create access to department training matrices and planned cross-training activities

Facilitates tours, new hire orientation, and relevant classroom training.

Applies lean methodology and problem-solving tools such as Gemba walks, kaizens, and RCCMs to support continuous improvement activities related to safety, quality, and employee wellness with a focus on training methodology, content, and delivery.

How will you get there?Bachelor’s degree in Training & Development, Education, Biotechnology, or related field preferred.

0-2 years of experience in training and development.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:Familiarity with curriculum design (i.e., e-Learning, Instructor Led Training, OTJ Training and virtual training.) required.

Ability to make effective presentations and speak in front of groups of employees.

Digital literacy including Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook.

Optimally connect with all band levels of employees.

Ability to work effectively and accurately with site based and remote employees.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to prioritize and be self-directed.

Self-Motivated, creative, organized, professional, outgoing, and expressive individual

Outstanding attention to detail and interpersonal skills.

Able to handle multiple tasks and react appropriately to changing priorities and impending deadlines.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, standard operating procedures, work instructions, and OTJ training procedures.
