- Establishes processes and procedures for installations, configurations, and maintenance of infrastructure systems in support of business processing requirements.
- Provides various applications development support in response to staff needs including software installation, set-up and configuration, and troubleshooting user problems; maintains existing computer applications by modifying programs or implementing new programs as needed.
- Support and train end-users on a variety of different hardware and software technologies.
- Act as a liaison and escalation point for customers and ensure compliance with established standards and policies.
- Log, track and drive resolution of functional and technical issues discovered during implementation and prior to go-live.
- Log all interactions in the ticketing system and closeout tasks that have been completed.
- 3 years of relevant experience - specifically supporting Windows 10 desktop and laptop systems.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Applications.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- AA degree preferred.
