Role Description: The

SAP PP-PPDS-PTS Consultant must have at least 8+ years of experience.

Top Must Haves: - Minimum of 1 S/4H PP implementation - Excellent Communication (written and verbal)

Roles & Responsibilities: - Get supply planning forecast and data from - Schedule MRP Runs - MRP will Generate Planned Orders and Stock Transfer Requisitions - MRP will Generate Purchase Requisition - MRP will Generate dependent demands for components - Display MRP Run Material Issues - Display MRP Run Key Figures - Monitor and Manage Material Shortages Make-to-Stock (Process Industry) - Schedule MRP Runs - Check Planned Pack Orders - Convert Pack planned orders to process order - Convert Fill/Bulk planned orders to process order Planning integration with Downstream Bulk Manufacturing - Supply plan data input Schedule MRP Run - Convert Planned Order or Create Process Order of bulk material - Create Dependent Demand Planning integration with Order to Cash (O2C) - Multi-Part Products Planning - Transfer Equivalent Material Planning integration with Procure to Pay (PP) - Planning will create Purchase Req for Procured Item Planning integration with Plant Maintenance - Plant maintenance for calendars, shift intervals DPAS Order - DPAS order Priority will be visible across 3 areas Sales Order, MRP and PPDS Scheduling DDMRP - Classification of Demand-Driven Products - Schedule Product Classification - Mass Maintenance of Products - Schedule Lead Time Classification of Products - Buffer Level Management - Schedule Buffer Proposal Calculation - Manage Buffer Levels - Operate Demand-Driven Replenishment - Demand-Driven Replenishment Planning - Schedule MRP Runs - Review Material Coverage - Succeeding Execution - Demand-Driven Replenishment Planning - Replenishment of Semi-Finished Material - Replenishment of components PPDS Bottleneck Scheduling w/TopDown BottomUp - Populate Supply plan data from the planning source - Run MRP Live - View planned orders in the product view - Evaluate capacity situation - Manually schedule orders - Check alert - Fix the orders on the Extruder (Bottleneck) - Align the production schedule by using Top Down heuristic

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent

Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience

Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses
