Job SummaryYou will oversee PlanMember’s web properties that include website for our financial advisors and partners, website for our clients and a mobile app. You will be responsible for making these websites/apps the best that these can be. You will do competitive analysis of our competitor’s digital assets and work with other departments (Sales, Operations, Marketing etc) and come up with ideas to improve the user experience, interface, and content while making sure the website meets the needs of its wide range of users. You will also coordinate a committee of stakeholders tasked with identifying and prioritizing needed improvements. Attention to detail, creativity and knowledge of information technology are desired qualities in a successful candidate.

Major Duties and Responsibilities• Working with design teams, marketing staff and developers to develop and maintain a consistent and compelling user experience and user interface consistent with PlanMember’s brand• Testing/coordinating launch updates to websites• Understanding what makes for a great User Experience and ensuring that is realized• Identifying new potential features and design changes for the website to improve user experience• Drafting and distributing website-related communications – including content updates, new features and planned maintenance• Creating, analyzing and reporting on website key performance indicators using Google Analytics and other tools• Maintaining open communication with supervisor and department managers about all website-related concerns• Troubleshooting and priority determination of reported website bugs/issues• Serving as a resource for PlanMember Partners website training for employees and financial professionals• Taking responsibility and ownership for updating website content in a timely manner• Monitoring user feedback and responding to inquiries.
