Job Description

To support our ongoing development, we are looking for a highly motivated Associate Recruiter with outstanding people skills to join our HR/People team. You will work closely to source and screen candidates, drive the interview process and close top talent for primarily entry-level requisitions. Our ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of urgency, curiosity to learn and a “can-do” attitude. This position can be primarily remote; however, candidates should be commutable to our Carson headquarters.
A day at Lakeshore looks like this: Source, recruit and hire top talent through a variety recruitment methods to meet the needs of our organization Develop strong candidate pipelines across a wide-ranging, entry-level requisition load and yield results in a fast-paced setting Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers by providing excellent service throughout the complete selection process Provide excellent candidate experience, superb customer service, and appropriate and timely responses Promote and support Lakeshore’s diversity efforts by ensuring an inclusive work environment and by recruiting candidates from diverse backgrounds Play an active role in recruitment related projects Represent Lakeshore for recruiting purposes at networking eventsQualifications
Got the skills and experience? Here’s what we’re looking for: Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent professional experience Proficient in Microsoft Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook, etc. Ability to engage candidates and act as a company ambassador—previous experience in sales highly desired Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to maintain confidential information Extremely detail-oriented with exceptional follow-through skillsApplicants are strongly encouraged to include a cover letter along with their resume and application
