SAP Project manager/ Program manager

Job Description

Mandatory skills :SAP project management – BPC or Finance background

· Maintaining project plan

· Coordinating with the business on meetings, confirmation of design, signoffs (design, testing, etc.)

· Taking notes on calls and providing back to participants

· Creating of power point decks for weekly status as well as executive status meetings

· Background should be SAP Project management on BPC or Finance work stream

· Coordinating with the Senior / VP/ CIO on meetings in confirmation of design, signoffs (design, testing, etc.)

· Action owner and assign and track tasks assigned to participants

· Creating of power point decks for weekly status as well as executive status meetings

· Manage project critical path and Risk tracking and remediation

· Experience of working in media entertainment or studios will be a plus
