Job Description:Looking for Service Desk Engineer/Technician someone from the Pacific time zone.This is from the Pharma customer.

Note:Candidate should have basic knowledge & knows AD fairly well. Should have deployed both Dell and Lenovo devices. Has some Teams experience Should know basic how to use 0365 apps but has had to create accounts, etc. He should be familiar with most MS tools.
