DescriptionTop firm in Century City is hiring a Case Manager!Hours: 9am- 6pmStart date: ASAPResponsibilities: Communicate with clients via phone, email, and walk-ins. Educate current clients regarding the settlement process. Communicate with opposing counsel and submit financial documents on behalf of our clients. Coordinate tows and the surrender of vehicles with opposing counsel/vendors. Prepare documents and exhibits for motions to enforce settlement and motions for sanctions. Reach out to contract attorneys, be it for bankruptcy or ethics. Calculate buy back offers. Must adhere to various firm deadlines.
