- Work schedule: 8:00am 5:00pm, Mon Fri.
- Create, plan, develop, organize, write, and edit operational procedures, technical documents, and manuals.
- Key responsibilities include explaining complex information in a clear and concise manner and works with various departments and staff to gather data for documentation and ensure accuracy of product descriptions that conform to the company documentation and quality assurance standards.
- Performs work in a specialized area of expertise that requires knowledge of fundamental themes, principles, and concepts.

- Looking for candidate with advanced Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel) along with graphic skills with knowledge of adobe photoshop/illustration.
- Understand document styles and format standards. Understand document markup and editing standards.
- An engineering mind, Engineering process understanding.
- Capable of writing communication of technical processes and step-by-step procedures.
- A creative mind, capable of creating visual communication in Adobe Creative tools, especially Acrobat, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Experience in recording video and its development in Adobe Creative tools would be a plus.
- An information seeker, self-starter able to interview content contributors to create manufacturing process documentation.
