Description Client is providing tailored financial solutions to meet the strategic, operational, financial advisory and capital needs of its clients and partners. Client operates through several subsidiaries which offer a diverse range of complementary end-to-end capabilities spanning investment banking and institutional brokerage, private wealth and investment management, corporate advisory, restructuring, due diligence, forensic accounting and litigation support, appraisal and valuation, and auction and liquidation services We are seeking a full-time Technical Product Manager for our Appraisal department. We are currently open to office location: Chicago IL, Arlington VA, or West Lake Village CA office. This position will have functional and hands-on technical ownership of our Appraisal systems. The Ideal candidate for this position will advocate with line level business staff on how to use our applications for highest profitability. We are looking for a unique person who can lead both the technical and business success of systems. Duties of this position include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Partner with client's Appraisal business leadership and staff to envision, deliver, and manage applications that drive efficiency and business effectiveness.
  • Implement business process improvement by studying, observing and collaborating with appraisers on application process flow and proposing and implementing efficiencies.
  • Identify key performance indicators for increasing efficiency of appraisals and regularly reporting on them.
  • Architect, manage, program, collaborate, report, prioritize and oversee the delivery and support of these applications.
  • Collaborate with offshore resources on development and support.
Education, Experience, and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • At least five years' experience in programming software product and development, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Business Process Engineering and Automation
  • Microsoft ASP.Net Core
  • Microsoft SQL Server
  • Product Management
  • Business Analysis
  • Project Management
  • Business Intelligence, e.g. PowerBI or Tableau
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Hands-on application development and full SDLC experience
  • Azure and Mobile app dev is a plus.
