Duties and responsibilities:
Process check requests and expense reports
Review, code and process vendor invoices
Data entry associated with accounts payable
Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies
Must haves:
High school diploma (Associate's Degree in Accounting preferred)
Minimum of 2-3 years experience with accounts payable or general accounting
Knowledge of basic accounting principles
Skilled with Microsoft Office and accounting software such as Quickbooks
Time management, organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Strong Analytic abilities
