We demand excellent service to our clients. Over the phone, you will be the first person to speak with our client. Although we have high expectations, we will give you all the tools and training to be successful. Do you have the ability to pick up the phone all day and show empathy? Do you have the desire to help people?
Your overall job is to keep our field staff working.
Our phones ring with clients requesting service all day. Most of the time you will be taking inbound calls. However, appointments fall off the schedule too and then we have a field employee with a hole in their day. You will utilize our extensive software system to make calls and get your teammate in a home and not sitting on the side of the road. Our schedule is like a game of Tetris. We need to move fast to keep our day built for success.
Are you that person? Can you think quickly? Can you take control and find a solution? We have a gold mine of calls to be made. Do you have the confidence and talent to make the call and book the appointment? We need a calm and cool person to assure the day runs flawlessly. When the schedule changes, falls apart, overbooks, etc. you will be part of the team that fixes it. Your work will shield the field team from knowing anything is less than perfect. You will be the go-to guy or gal when we need a rabbit pulled from the hat!
Compensation: $12-$15+/Hr. DOE
