  • Contact potential candidates via telephone and email to determine skills and interest level in Ascent contract staffing opportunities.
  • Interview and prescreen candidates to meet the requirements of our clients open requisitions.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques that include searching job boards, Ascent internal database, LinkedIn networking and passive recruiting techniques.
  • Preparing candidates to ensure a successful interview.
  • Debriefing candidates and offer management.
  • Entering, updating and maintaining information in our internal candidate tracking system.
Who You Are:
  • Recent college grads with one to two years of professional work experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the desire to work directly with customers on a daily basis via phone or email.
  • If you have the intellectual curiosity, and the work ethic, we will train you on the rest.
  • The successful candidate will be proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills coupled with excellent planning, follow-up and organizational skills.
  • The ability to work independently as well as in a team required.
  • Strong PC skills required.
  • Savvy social networking skills with LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter are a big plus.
  • The successful candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to work with all levels within the organization.

The employee frequently is required to sit, stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position; days and hours of work are Monday through Friday. Team Members are expected to work a minimum 8-hour day between the core hours of 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM.
