North State Parent - Account Representative
North State Parent magazine, a family centric publication in its twenty-fifth year, is looking for an outgoing, dynamic, friendly, family-focused individual to join our team as one of our Account Representatives.
Job Description:
We are looking for an Account Representative to help build our presence in Butte county. This position includes meeting and developing relationships with potential North State Parent advertisers in order to learn about their needs and patterns, and help them create marketing campaigns that increase their business.
Our Account Representatives work from a home based office. They develop relationships with local Butte County businesses and organizations. And they help our advertisers get their message out to our readership in both the North State Parent print magazine and through our online media outreach. They will also occasionally attend and network with families at community events, to help understand the wants and needs of our readers, and to help better connect them with our advertisers.
The Account Representative will work 25+ hours per week. Previous sales experience preferred. The ideal candidate will be a positive, family-focused, timely and organized individual who desires a flexible schedule.
Rate Of Pay:
The position will be paid at an hourly rate PLUS a generous commission structure, as well as auto, travel, phone and internet expenses.
