Job Description:
We’re seeking a reliable and experienced Welder/Fabricator to assist in the fabrication of utility trailers, agricultural equipment, and various custom projects. You’ll work in an environment where quality and efficiency matter.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform Pulsed MIG welding on steel components and assemblies
Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings
Measure, cut, fit, and assemble metal components
Operate tools such as grinders, plasma cutters, torches, saws, etc.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Work independently or with a team to complete jobs on schedule
Qualifications:
2+ years of welding/fabrication experience preferred (but willing to train the right person)
Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings
Experience with Pulsed MIG welding required; other welding processes a plus
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
Benefits:
4-day work week (3-day weekends every week!)
