Chico-based DigitalPath, Inc. is seeking either one full-time multi-talented person to fill this dynamic role, or part-time specialized individuals to focus in each area. The ideal candidate(s) will be self-motivated and organized, with an eye for detail. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Cafeteria:
Purchase and keep supplies and food stocked
Prepare hot and cold lunch / RTE foods
Light cleaning of break / cafeteria areas
Basic data entry for inventory and purchase tracking
Run errands and perform other tasks as assigned (company vehicle provided)
Warehouse Support:
Assemble products with a quality outcome
Receive, inspect, and store warehouse stock
Issue supplies and equipment
Load/unload items from machines, carts, and dollies
Data entry and equipment testing using computer programs
Complete daily production logs
Maintain the neatness and organization of the warehouse
Run errands and perform other tasks as assigned (company vehicle provided)
Facilities:
Light janitorial
Minor building and facilities repairs
Grounds maintenance
Experience, Abilities, Qualifications:
All Positions:
High school diploma or equivalent
Clean driving record
Basic computer skills including Excel
Strong time management and communication skills
Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
Ability to maintain a strong work ethic and good attitude
Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with other employees
Physical Requirements: Standing, walking, moving, climbing, carrying, bending, twisting, kneeling, reaching, handling, pushing and pulling. Lifting up to 55 lbs. PPE required for some tasks.
Cafeteria-Specific:
ServSafe certification desired
Food handling experience
Warehouse-Specific:
Knowledge of storeroom and inventory practices
Assembly and/or warehouse experience desirable
Experience painting with airless equipment a plus
Facilities-Specific:
Building and landscape maintenance experience preferred
Use of walk-behind/riding/standing mowers
Able to perform basic repairs and maintenance, including but not limited to: basic janitorial, sprinkler/irrigation repairs, light bulbs, and plumbing.
Wages and General Information:
Starting pay $13-14 depending on experience (DOE). Part-time/Full-time status also DOE. Part-time employee benefits include 3 days of sick leave per year. Full-time employee benefits include medical/dental/life insurance, vision reimbursement program, 401k, holiday pay, and Paid Time Off. All employees have access to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
