Prevention Education Program is a small essential business looking for a friendly full time front office receptionist.
Very limited in person contact
Monday-Thursday 10am-6pm & Friday 10am-4pm
Bilingual Spanish/English is a must
Experience in outlook email and word preferred
Attention to detail is very important as you would be auditing client files for correctness
Quick learner and desire to learn new things
Some knowledge of Zoom would be great as we hold many groups per week via Zoom
Phones are very active in this office with three lines
