Farmers Insurance District Office is currently looking for one candidate that can fill our Associate Agent Program. This is a 12 month competitive program that leads to Agency Ownership. If you have dreamed of running your own business but need the training and compensation until you are ready to do so, then this is the career for you. The Associate Agent earns $2000 a month plus 100% of the commission they sell and 100% of the renewals. Once minimum production is earned then they can move to our Retail Program and earn up to 300% on everything they sell. Candidate must be able to pass a background check and have sales experience.
