We are looking for a motivated Framing and Concrete Journeyman for projects based in Chico, California. This is a year-round, long term job opportunity.
Experience Required:
- Concrete Foundations, Slab and Stem Wall Construction
- Well rounded framing skills on Large Custom Homes
- Concrete Flatwork
- Understanding of Architectural and Structural Plans
Requirements:
- Must have personal hand tools
- Valid Drivers License
- Must have reliable transportation
- Problem solver
- Punctual, self-starter, capable of working with a team or working alone on individual tasks
- Ability to follow directions and perform quality work
- Well-developed organization and communication skills
- Dependable and the ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
