Our advertising agency is looking for a proactive, motivated, accountable individual with a strong initiative and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and the Account Executive team. Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, possess strong computer skills, pay attention to detail and exercise eloquent verbal and written communication.
Account Coordinator responsibilities include:
Assist advertising Account Executives with research on client and campaign information
Liaison between Account Executives and the Production Team
Develop creative material, write copy, proof-read and manage strict timelines
Update project management database
Work with and manage multiple deadlines to ensure timely delivery of creative material and projects to clients
Obtain quotes for printing and promotional products
Prepare production billing for Account Executives
Manage and develop advanced excel spreadsheets
Minimal courier to local vendors and clients
Social Media copywriting and scheduling of client posts
Additional related tasks including some office administration, filling and answering of phones
