Manage the deployment of new MRB and Corrective Action processes for Aerostructures.

Work within a cross functional team supporting the MRB and Corrective Action groups by managing and driving to closure their activities and schedules.

Improve processes and drive actions that come out of Continuous Improvement events

Travel to manufacturing sites to assist in quality CI events

Willing to travel domestic and international up to 10% of the time

Running and driving regular meetings with the Quality Leadership to understand status and open issues.

Coordinate and oversee schedules to ensure on-time delivery of Quality deliverables.

Assist with management of MRB and Corrective Action activities.

Track deliverables and action items between suppliers, customer and Collins Aerospace.

Create and maintain visual controls for management status meetings.

Education

Bachelor’s degree and 12 years of relevant experience OR

Advanced degree and 10 years of relevant experience OR

In absence of a degree, 16 years of relevant experience is required

Basic Qualifications

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field

Working experience of Continuous Improvement tools

Project Engineering background

Willing to travel domestic and international up to 10% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

Practitioner of Continuous Improvement tools

Experience in the aerospace industry
