In this role, the Accounting Manager will ensure daily operations are running efficiently, including preparing and/or reviewing appropriate ledger entries and reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger system, preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, assisting with regulatory reporting as applicable, and related duties. If interested and have the requirements listed, please reach out with your resume to: diana.volynec@rhmr.comHow you will make an impactCollaborate with FP&A and accounting management to deliver relevant and timely reporting of financial data analytics, including monthly flash report, key financial metrics and actual spend against budgets/outlookDrive and manage the full accounting team performance of the close process to meet tight deadlinesAssist in the preparation of GAAP financial statements, including document preparation, data analysis, integrity validation and reconciliation processesRegular review and analysis of balance sheet and income statement accountsPrepare various technical accounting analyses, policies and proceduresRequirementsWorking knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is valuable
Customer service oriented communication skills
Cash Flow Forecasts experience required
Solid understanding of month end closings
CPA or MBA preferred not required
Recent relevant financial experience
Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent degree and/or experience
Proven technical skills
