Job Description
· Assist Director in developing annual sales plans and reviews
· Manage sales activity of paper with third party customers
· Work closely with Marketing Department to achieve company set targets
· Train, direct, and supervise sales team
· Monitor sales volume from team
· Review monthly sales goals
· Produce sales reports for Manager as needed
· Participate in pricing issues and decisions
· Other duties as assigned by Manager
Qualifications
· College degree
· Minimum 7years sales/marketing experience
· Bilingual in English/Mandarin
· Self motivated
· Detail oriented
